You can easily track your order on our Order Tracking Page. Just enter your Order ID and the email address you used at checkout. You will see real-time updates including when your package is prepared, shipped, and out for delivery. If you don't have your Order ID, check your confirmation email or contact our Customer Support.

At HBEKAA, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return items within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, visit our Returns & Exchanges Page. We currently do not accept returns for customized T-shirts or hoodies unless they are defective. For assistance, reach out to Customer Support.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Page or via WhatsApp. We can only make changes before your order is processed for shipping. Once your order is in transit, we’re unable to make modifications.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Casablanca & major cities: 24-48 hours
• Other regions in Morocco: 48-72 hours
